The hotel where I spent my Christmas was great, it offered a really nice room with a good view of the surroundings. , the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel was conveniently located near good restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage of this hotel was that they had a good breakfast, which allowed us to start our days on the right foot.
We ended up paying more than we should have and the staff didn't seem very concerned about it. It was frustrating to have to prove that we had called and changed our reservation, which left a sour taste in our mouth.

the location was perfect, with plenty of activities and restaurants nearby. the room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. the bathroom was modern and had everything we needed. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the helpful and attentive service from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the pool and spa facilities were a great bonus, allowing us to fully relax.
